About Me
My name is Natalie Shroyer. My interest in fitness began as I watched my two sons grow up playing sports. Like most working mothers I felt that I didn’t have time for exercise. A small ladies only facility opened in my area and I finally took the leap and joined my first gym. I started going a couple days a week on my lunch hour and was feeling so much better that I began a strict regime and fitness became just another part of my daily routine. Since I was a regular at the gym other members began coming to me for advice and guidance. I enjoyed helping the other ladies and it felt so good to watch their progress and know that I helped them feel better about themselves that I began training and teaching classes on a regular basis. When it comes to health and fitness every trainer has a personal philosophy. I am a firm believer that we are all works in progress and that adopting a healthy lifestyle is a daily balancing act. Some days we tip one way, some days we tip the other way…..but each day that we tip to the healthy side is a day that we are ahead of the game………
